What you need to do to register your interest

If you would like to hear more about the network and to receive notification of future events, you can register on-line on http://www.southwestruralupdate.org or email srabbich@nationalrural.org requesting information and we will send you a registration form and details of the next event.

The next seminarof South West Rural Update will be ‘Making Local Food a Reality’ (Part 2) on Tuesday 21st October 2008 at Sandy Park Conference Centre, Exeter.  Cost is £60 for non-members and £30 for members. (join SWRU for FREE using the link above and pay the reduced rate of £30).

It will be an interactive symposium and mini-exhibition and will give you the opportunity to:

  • Hear about the latest research from IGD (Food and Grocery Information, Insight and Best Practice)
  • Learn about how initiatives in the region are helping to provide solutions to the issues
  • Network with other businesses and change agents in the region
  • See“the Cotswold Chef” Rob Rees, MBE, in action!”

A provisional programme of the event is below and we urge you to put the date in your diary. However, reservations will not be taken until booking forms are sent out at the beginning of September, when they will also be made available on our website www.southwestruralupdate.org.
