Rural Housing Enabler (12 month maternity cover in the first instance)
36 hours per week
£19,142 – £24,600 per annum
We are seeking an assertive and proactive individual to influence and facilitate new affordable housing provision in rural Gloucestershire. The postholder will work both strategically and with rural communities, local authorities and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will preferably have housing experience, be business minded, of smart appearance with excellent interpersonal, report writing and presentation skills.
The post is based in Gloucester. A current driving licence and use of a car are essential. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
